You are looking for professional support in a phase of private or job-related change? I offer you emotional encouragement, new perspectives, and solution-oriented action impulses, e. g. with regard to the following concerns:

clarification of personal values, goals and priorities to support important professional or private decisions
communication and conflict in social relationships of all kind, conflict mediation, conflict management (for single clients or jointly within social systems such as couples, parent-youngster, within teams, bands,...)
coping with stress, reconciling work and private life, work-life-balance, time- and self-management, self-care
dealing with test anxiety, job interview-, stage- or presentation anxiety; relaxation techniques
vocational (re-)orientation, career(re-)start, and application training for young people and adults
strengthening of ressources and finding meaning in difficult phases of life or acute crisis, dealing with change and uncertainty (such as separation, loss, migration or transition)

In resource-focussed systemic counselling, a few sessions may suffice already to achieve noticeable and sustainable changes. As a matter of course, I am just as happy to accompany you for a longer period of time, at regular intervals or flexibly according to demand. We will agree upon that as it suits you. Either way, I am sworn to strict confidentiality and discretion.
